Employer Exclusivity 100%
With our Exclusivity program when your referred employer contracts with Bell Olive Recruiting that employer is exclusively entered into your profile account. This means as long as your account is active you are paid each time that employer hires through BOR.
Employer Contracts 20% Commissions
This is arguably the most lucrative aspect of our plans. For instance, when an employer agrees to a direct hire contract through BOR, and the contract is negotiated at 15% of an applicant's annual salary of $60K, the agreement generates $5,000 in net profit for BOR. From this $5,000 net profit, your 20% commission payout will be $1,000. The opportunities are boundless, and your earning potential is only limited by your ambition and dedication.
Applicant Resume Plans 20% Commissions
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will have the responsibility of helping your applicant clients select one of the resume plans to meet their needs. Whichever selection is made you will earn 20% commission each plan they select.
E-Books 20% Commissions
We believe that e-books are extremely important when it comes to empowering our applicants. We have a variety of e-books to address different pain points that applicants are facing in today's job market. For each e-book you will earn 20% commissions.
1 Hour Coaching Sessions $100
There two crucial moments when an applicant is needing the most support. The first is when the applicant is submits their resume for that new position, and the second is after the interview. This is when Career coaching come in handy.
30 Minute Coaching Sessions $50
In today's job market there is no worse feeling than being ghosted by an employer. It is crucial that applicant feet they can have someone to speak to. Even when we may not have all the answers it's important for us to be available.
